Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping Policy 

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.

Orders under $50 will be charged a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Orders placed before 12 PM (PST) will be processed and dispatched on the same day. We ship on Monday to Friday.

 

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

Return Authorization Required

All returns require prior authorization.

Please contact us at sales@ccopusa.com to request return approval and instructions before sending any item back. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to sender.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

  • Products sold in heat-sealed blister or permanently sealed clamshell packaging once opened

Certain products (such as select bipods and accessories) are packaged in heat-sealed plastic blister packaging that must be cut open to access the item. Once this type of packaging has been opened, cut, or altered, it cannot be resealed or restored to its original condition.

Because these items cannot be repackaged or resold as new, they are not eligible for return once the sealed packaging has been opened.

Damaged, Used, or Incomplete Returns

We reserve the right to refuse a return if:

  • The item is not in its original condition

  • The item shows signs of use

  • Parts are missing

  • The item is damaged for reasons not due to our error

Refunds

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
